If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and stardomvo under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Indemnity

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Any dispute may first be referred to the relevant ombudsman or alternative dispute resolution scheme where applicable.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
